Senior UI Systems Designer - Scalable Design Systems & Tokens

Sobre el puesto

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Senior UI Systems Designer to own how client design systems are built. You will extract patterns from brands and references into a working system of tokens, variables, modes, and core components that a build pipeline can execute with precision. This senior role focuses on building scalable design systems across multiple client brands, not one-off pages. Strong English, US business-hour overlap, and remote collaboration are essential.
