RoleOverview
The Senior Test Engineer will be responsiblefor designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test strategies toensure product quality and reliability. The role requires hands-on experiencein Selenium, Java, Manual Testing methodologies, and test automationframeworks. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyserequirements, identify defects, and drive continuous improvement across thetesting lifecycle.

Requirements
KeyResponsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, integration,and end-to-end testing

• Design and execute manual test cases based onbusiness and technical requirements

• Develop, maintain, and enhance automationscripts using Selenium and Java

• Review and validate requirements, userstories, and acceptance criteria

• Identify defects, document issues clearly, andtrack resolutions

• Work closely with developers, businessanalysts, and product stakeholders

• Contribute to continuous improvement intesting processes and quality standards

• Participate in sprint ceremonies and ensuretimely delivery within Agile environments

• Maintain test documentation, test results, andreports with complete accuracy

• Mentor junior testers and support teamknowledge development

TechnicalSkills Required

• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium andSelenium WebDriver

• Proficiency in Java for automation scriptingThoroughexpertise in

• Manual Testing (functional, regression, andend-to-end)

• Experience with test automation frameworks(JUnit, TestNG, BDD, or similar)

• Familiarity with the Atlassian ecosystem(Jira, Confluence)

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins,GitLab, Azure DevOps) is an advantage

• Experience with debugging tools, defecttracking systems, and test documentation

• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agilemethodologies

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, ComputerScience, Information Technology, or a related field.
