This team owns execution across assembly, integration, and test, managing detailed sequencing, resolving build challenges, and aligning cross-functional teams to ensure each aircraft meets schedule and readiness milestones.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead the execution of aircraft assembly and integration from initial planning through final delivery</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Serve as the technical and programmatic point of contact, managing coordination between engineering, manufacturing, systems, supply chain, and quality assurance teams</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop and maintain integrated program schedules, budgets, and risk registers to track progress and ensure milestones are met</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Oversee the physical integration of structural, mechanical, and avionic systems into aircraft platforms</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure configuration control, interface compatibility, and alignment with certification and customer requirements</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify and resolve technical and execution risks quickly and efficiently</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Communicate program status, risks, and recovery plans clearly to leadership and customers</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What You Need:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in aircraft assembly, integration, or manufacturing engineering and 3+ years in a program or technical leadership role</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong technical knowledge of aircraft structural assemblies, system installations, wiring, hydraulics, and flight systems</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proven ability to manage program schedules, technical scope, and cross-functional resources</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheets, Jira) and standard office applications</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated success in managing program schedules, technical scope, and cross-disciplinary teams</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size:…
