Echodyne offers its radars to companies working in Automotive, Transportation, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Border Security, Smart Cities, Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS), and Airspace Management including Urban Air Mobility (UTM).</span></p> </blockquote> <hr></div><h2><span style="color: #005cb9;" data-darkreader-inline-color="">Echodyne is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager with experience in hardware and software product development to join our team working in a fast-paced environment developing high-performance commercial radar solutions.   </span></h2> <h3><strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 92, 185);" data-darkreader-inline-color="">ROLE OVERVIEW</span></strong></h3> <h4>As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will have a critical role in Echodyne’s relentless pursuit of delivering industry best advanced radar solutions to our customers.  You will lead cross-functional teams to develop and maintain products that contribute to meeting Echodyne’s business growth objectives.  The scope of this role includes development of a variety of hardware/software products.      </h4> <h3 style="line-height: normal;"><span style="color: #005cb9;" data-darkreader-inline-color=""><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li>Deliver innovative products and solutions that exceed customer expectations and advance Echodyne’s core technology differentiation</li> <li>Define, plan, and manage complex development programs</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, systems engineers, radar scientists, manufacturing engineers and sourcing</li> <li>Track and report program status and metrics</li> <li>Drive continuous improvements in product development methodologies</li> </ul> <h3><strong><span style="color: #005cb9;" data-darkreader-inline-color="">REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE</span></strong></h3> <ul> <li>Ability to identify solutions to challenging problems that optimize results for Echodyne and our customers</li> <li>Ability to weigh risks and make clear decisions based on available information</li> <li>Ability to lead engineering and research teams to achieve objectives</li> <li>Experience leading hardware development programs</li> <li>Experience leading development programs in collaboration with customers and partners</li> </ul> <h3><span style="color: rgb(0, 92, 185);" data-darkreader-inline-color=""><strong>DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE <br>(Looking for one or more as a complement to the core skills)</strong> </span></h3> <ul> <li>Experience leading embedded software and hardware development programs</li> <li>Experience using Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools or software</li> <li>Experience using project management tools, such as MS Project, MS Excel, and JIRA</li> <li>Experience in Agile or hybrid waterfall-Agile software development methodologies</li> <li>Strong communication and presentations skills</li> <li>Building collaborative relationships both internally and externally</li> </ul> <h3><span style="color: rgb(0, 92, 185);" data-darkreader-inline-color=""><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></span></h3> <p>•    Bachelor's degree in engineering, other technical degree, or equivalent work experience<br>•    5 years or more in technical program management</p> <blockquote> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;" data-darkreader-inline-color="">Echodyne’s technology is export controlled by the U.S. Government and we must evaluate an applicant’s eligibility to handle export-controlled information or obtain required Government authorizations.  Therefore, we will ask you as part of the application process to identify whether you are a U.S. Citizen or green card holder, or have asylum/refugee status in the U.S. </span></p> </blockquote> <hr> <h3><strong><span style="color: #005cb9;" data-darkreader-inline-color="">WHAT WE OFFER</span></strong></h3> <h3>This is an exempt role.</h3><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">The expected annual salary range for this role is</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$124,733</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>$187,048 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>If your skills generally align…
