What You'll Be Doing Lead full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of clients. Identify, source, and assess high-quality candidates across various industries. Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on client requirements. Build long-term partnerships with clients and provide recruitment consultation. Offer market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and hiring recommendations. Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines. Achieve recruitment and business development targets. Mentor and support junior consultants when needed. Keep recruitment records and candidate databases accurate and up to date. Requirements What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 4–6 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, staffing, or consultative sales. Excellent communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills. Strong sourcing and negotiation abilities. Commercial mindset with a passion for delivering client success. Fluent English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage). Self-motivated, proactive, and able to perform well under pressure. Benefits Why Join Us?
