As the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for Business & Operations, you will lead the charge in hiring the world-class talent that drives our commercial and operational engine. You will own the hiring strategy for all non-technical departments, from commercial and finance to program management and operations. You will design and implement strategic initiatives, build robust talent pipelines, and ensure every candidate experience reflects our innovative and mission-driven culture. This is a key leadership role where you will directly influence our growth trajectory.
