What You Will Do - Analyze system integration requirements - Design, implement, and test system integration mappings and workflows - Lead customer onboarding processes - Collaborate closely with development teams to support system integration projects
What You Will Need - 3-6+ years of relevant experience - Strong knowledge of EDI standards, including X12 and EDIFACT - Experience in a customer-facing role (onboarding, integration, implementation, etc.) - Experience with ERP system integration development - Nice to have: Experience with XML, JSON, or API integrations
About the Company & Team - Role requires working from the office in Penang (Second Bridge / Airport area) 4 days a week - Part of a listed global logistics and warehousing company with over 40,000 employees - Operations in 59 countries, with headquarters in Kuala Lumpur and expansion into Europe
