Senior System Engineer - Role & Responsibilities

* Provide**1st, 2nd & 3rd line support**, troubleshooting issues across users, systems, endpoints and infrastructure.
* Administer and maintain**Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure and Windows**environments.
* Take ownership of**system maintenance, incidents, requests and changes**within an ITIL-based framework.
* Manage**user lifecycle & access**, including onboarding, offboarding and permissions.
* Drive**documentation & knowledge sharing**, using tools such as Jira and Confluence to keep the IT environment structured and up to date.
* Contribute to**technical projects & continuous improvement**, while collaborating with colleagues and external IT partners across Europe.
