As a result, we have worked with top-tier brands across many verticals and are looking for someone who can lead the development and execution of sponsorship strategies to enhance our brand presence and generate revenue. We are looking for a hungry sales professional to join and lead our Brand Partnerships team in Mumbai. This role involves identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships with external organizations, brands, and events that align with our company's goals and values.</span></p> <h4><strong>About the Role:</strong></h4> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Identify and cultivate relationships with potential sponsors, partners, and industry influencers</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop and implement a comprehensive sponsorship strategy to achieve business objectives</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Bring in suitable and ambitious client briefs</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Attend client meetings and pitches</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strategically and creatively build a strong long-term pipeline</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Meet quarterly sales goals</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Identify and understand trends within entertainment, experiences and social media, and be able to articulate them to clients</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead a team of sponsorship professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve targets</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities</span></li> </ul> <h4><strong>About You: </strong></h4> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Minimum of 6 years of experience in sponsorship management, business development, or a related field</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proven track record of securing and managing high-value sponsorships</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to build and foster strong client relationships</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">An entrepreneurial can-do attitude</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">A self-starter and comfortable in ambiguity - working through things for the first time</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to think creatively and make data-driven decisions</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Skilled in crafting slide decks and written pitch materials</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Fluency in English language is a requirement</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Desirable</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size:…
