Senior Solutions Consultant

About this role

EIS is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to lead high-stakes, strategic customer engagements across the insurance sector. Serving as a trusted technical and business advisor, you will bridge the gap between client priorities and EIS’s platform capabilities while partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Engineering, Services, and Customer Success.
You will own the end-to-end solution strategy—from early discovery to technical validation—delivering value-driven demonstrations, Proof-of-Concept (POC) strategies, and tailored architecture recommendations. As a senior individual contributor and strong operator, you will drive revenue, influence executive stakeholders, and raise the bar for the entire Solutions Consulting organization.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex discovery sessions to surface strategic initiatives, operational challenges, and core transformation goals.

• Shape end-to-end pursuit strategies, configuring and delivering high-impact demos, POCs, RFIs, and RFPs.

• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, execution objections, and competitive threats during sales cycles.

• Partner directly with AEs and Sales leadership on account strategy, win themes, forecasting, and technical execution.

• Drive operational quality across all RFP responses, customer engagements, and pursuit execution.

• Translate end-to-end insurance workflows (quote-to-sale, policy administration, underwriting, billing, claims) into clear platform solutions.

• Configure and demonstrate deep platform capabilities and integrations with minimal engineering dependencies.

• Package customer feedback and requirements for Product and Engineering while supporting Customer Success with platform optimization.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 7+ years of Insurance Software, SaaS, or related experience, including at least 3 years performing at the Solutions Consultant level

• Experience in Life And Annuities

• Willingness to travel across us 25% - 30% of the time
