Senior Software Project Manager

About this role

*Job Summary:*
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of software development projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with business and technical requirements.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Lead full SDLC from initiation to deployment and support
- Define project scope, timelines, budget, and resource plans
- Manage cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, UI/UX, DevOps)
- Drive Agile/Scrum practices - sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives
- Manage stakeholder communication, risks, issues and dependencies
- Ensure quality, documentation, and adherence to best practices
- Track KPIs, status reporting, and governance
Requirements
*Requirements:*
- 6-8 years of experience managing software development projects
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Proven track record with web/mobile applications, APIs, cloud platforms
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project or similar tools
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (PMP/CSM is a plus)
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

*Preferred:*
- Experience in healthcare / enterprise systems
- Knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, and QA processes
