Job Summary
Blackstone eIT is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of strategic IT projects across government and enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery, from project initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and successful closure.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, resource allocation plans, and project documentation.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring successful project delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate project meetings, status updates, steering committee meetings, and executive presentations.
Track project progress and ensure adherence to agreed milestones, deliverables, and quality standards.
Manage project risks, issues, change requests, and escalation processes.
Ensure effective communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive management.
Monitor project KPIs and prepare regular progress reports for management and customers.
Support Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies based on project requirements.
Ensure projects comply with organizational governance, security, and quality standards.
Mentor junior project managers and project coordinators when required.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to project management best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of project management experience, preferably within the IT industry.
Strong knowledge of modern project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Hands-on experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is considered a strong advantage.
PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent Project Management certification is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing enterprise software implementation or digital transformation projects.
Experience working with government entities or large enterprise clients is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
