Our goal is to deliver working software every two weeks. We are a large team that spans across three global offices, but we collaborate and integrate front- and back-end components and interfaces to provide a user-centered experience through web and mobile platforms.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using <strong>React Native</strong>.</li> <li>Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable application components using <strong>TypeScript</strong> and modern JavaScript.</li> <li>Develop and integrate native functionality using <strong>Swift/SwiftUI</strong> for iOS and <strong>Kotlin</strong> for Android.</li> <li>Build and maintain <strong>Turbo Modules</strong> and native bridges to expose platform-specific functionality to React Native.</li> <li>Work with <strong>Expo</strong>, including development, builds, and Over-the-Air (OTA) updates where applicable.</li> <li>Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.</li> <li>Optimize application performance, memory usage, startup time, and overall user experience across iOS and Android.</li> <li>Investigate, debug, and resolve production issues using monitoring and profiling tools.</li> <li>Participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and estimation sessions.</li> <li>Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers by promoting engineering best practices.</li> <li>Integrate third-party SDKs and platform services such as payments, analytics, authentication, push notifications, and maps.</li> <li>Publish and maintain applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, including release management, code signing, provisioning profiles, and app submissions.</li> <li>Stay updated with the latest React Native ecosystem, mobile technologies, and industry best practices.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll need to be successful (Requirements)<br><br>Must-have Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong experience building production applications using <strong>React Native</strong>.</li> <li>Proficiency in <strong>TypeScript</strong> and modern <strong>JavaScript (ES6+)</strong>.</li> <li>Experience with state management libraries such as <strong>Redux Toolkit</strong>, <strong>Redux Saga</strong>, or <strong>Context API</strong>.</li> <li>Experience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous programming.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with <strong>iOS development using Swift and SwiftUI</strong>.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Android development using Kotlin</strong>.</li> <li>Experience building and integrating <strong>native modules</strong> using <strong>Turbo Modules</strong> and native bridging.</li> <li>Experience with <strong>Expo</strong>, including development, builds, and OTA updates.</li> <li>Strong understanding of the <strong>React Native New Architecture</strong>, including <strong>Turbo Modules</strong>, <strong>JSI</strong>, and <strong>Fabric</strong>.</li> <li>Experience deploying and maintaining applications on the <strong>Apple App Store</strong> and <strong>Google Play Store</strong>.</li> <li>Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills for React Native applications.</li> <li>Experience using <strong>Git</strong>, pull request workflows, and code review practices.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Should have skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with secure authentication, authorization, and data protection implementations.</li> <li>Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.</li> <li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li> <li>Effective collaboration and communication skills across…
