This role sits at the intersection of infrastructure and application engineering—ideal for someone who enjoys building reliable platforms while also contributing to backend systems and services.</p> <p class="p1">You will play a key role in designing, building, and operating scalable cloud infrastructure, while also developing backend components and automation that improve system reliability, developer productivity, and operational efficiency.</p> <p class="p1"><strong>What will you own : </strong></p> <ul> <li class="p1">Build and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools such as Pulumi, Terraform. </li> <li class="p1">Deploy, manage, and optimize workloads on Kubernetes (EKS), including scaling, reliability, and observability. •</li> <li class="p1">Design and develop backend services, APIs, and tooling using Java, Python, and/or Golang, with a focus on performance and maintainability. •</li> <li class="p1">Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and system observability. •</li> <li class="p1">Manage and optimize AWS/cloud environments with a focus on cost, performance, scalability, and security.</li> <li class="p1">Participate in on‑call rotations to support platform and infrastructure operations.</li> <li class="p1">Leverage generative AI and AI coding tools to accelerate developer productivity, engineering workflows, and automation of repetitive tasks</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we're looking for :</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in<strong> DevOps, Platform Engineering,</strong> or related infrastructure roles. • </li> <li>1+ year of hands‑on programming experience using<strong> Python OR Java</strong> •</li> <li>Strong experience with Infrastructure‑as‑Code (Pulumi, Terraform, CloudFormation). •</li> <li>Deep understanding of AWS architecture, networking, IAM, and cloud infrastructure operations. •</li> <li>Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes/EKS. •</li> <li>Strong skills in SQL (read/write) and experience working with RDS MySQL/Postgres. •</li> <li>Experience with platform upgrades, cloud migrations, or large‑scale infrastructure improvements.</li> <li>Understanding of AI-native software development practices, including automated code generation, AI-driven testing, and human-in-the-loop review systems</li> <li>Proven ability to adopt and drive modern engineering paradigms, particularly integrating AI into development workflows to improve productivity, quality, and delivery speed</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Requirements :</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working with Hadoop ecosystem infrastructure (e.g., Hadoop, Hive, Presto). •</li> <li>Knowledge of cloud security best practices.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Our Benefits:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559685":720,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">Full-time employees can take advantage of health coverage, paid parental leave, generous paid time-off and holidays, quarterly self-care days off, and stock options.
