<p></p> <p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Senior Software Development Engineer</p> <p><strong>Key Skills:</strong> TypeScript, Golang, AWS, REST APIs, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Hexagonal Architecture, CI/CD, NoSQL, RDBMS, Infrastructure as Code</p> <p><strong>Experience:</strong> 8+ years of experience.</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Costa Rica, Peru, Colombia, Bolivia.</p> <p><strong>Mode:</strong> Remote.</p> <p>We at Coforge are hiring <strong>Senior Software Development Engineer (#21223)</strong> with the following skill set.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>· Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available AI-powered backend platforms deployed on AWS.</p> <p>· Architect and implement high-quality backend services, collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the full software development lifecycle.</p> <p>· Ensure code quality through best engineering practices, automated testing, code reviews, technical documentation, and production support.</p> <p>· Mentor engineers, drive technical discussions, and contribute to the continuous evolution of backend architecture and engineering excellence.</p> <p><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications</strong></p> <p>· 8+ years of experience in backend software development with a strong focus on REST API development.</p> <p>· Strong hands-on experience with <strong>TypeScript</strong> and <strong>Golang</strong> (Go preferred).</p> <p>· Solid experience building cloud-native applications on AWS, including Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation, CDK, Terraform, or similar tools.</p> <p>· Strong understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Hexagonal Architecture, Design Patterns, and software craftsmanship principles.</p> <p>· Experience with modern NoSQL and relational database platforms.</p> <p>· Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and secure coding practices.</p> <p>· Ability to design and architect scalable backend systems independently.</p> <p>· Experience mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, and leading technical design discussions.</p> <p>· Experience working in Agile software development environments.</p> <p>· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).</p> <p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p> <p>· Experience developing AI or Machine Learning applications.</p> <p>· Experience with Temporal.</p> <p>· Experience with DevOps practices and cloud automation.</p> <p>· Knowledge of distributed systems and scalable backend architectures.</p> <p>· Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.</p> <p>Posted On: 25-06-2026</p> <p>At Coforge, we hire professionals based solely on their skills and qualifications and do not discriminate based on age, disability, religion, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, or nationality.</p>
