Join our team as a developer implementing ServiceNow for a large federal agency. This role demands deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, secure platform operations, and agile delivery. You’ll lead the development of scalable, compliant solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and custom applications, while mentoring junior developers and driving DevSecOps practices.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Architect and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and scoped applications</li> <li>Design, code, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications and integrations</li> <li>An<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">alyze requirements, user stories, and wireframes in a cross-functional agile team</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Lead ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and module deployments</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Perform code reviews, define development standards, and enforce security best practices</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues; ensure stability and performance</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Author technical documentation and provide training to stakeholders</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Maintain strict compliance with RMF, FedRAMP, and other federal security frameworks</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Support software accreditation and maintain application integrity</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>Here's what you need:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">5 years of experience with ServiceNow development</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or Certified System Administrator (must be current)</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow Studio Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevSecOps principles</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Experience with RMF and federal software accreditation processes</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>Bonus Points if you have:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ITOM Specialist, Performance Analytics, HRSD)</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Experience with FedRAMP, NIST, or DoD compliance frameworks Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs)</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Prior experience supporting federal agencies or defense programs</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Proven leadership in technical teams, including mentoring, code reviews, and performance…
