**Responsibilities**
* Facilitate all **Scrum** ceremonies to ensure efficient project delivery and team alignment. * Identify and remove organizational and technical impediments to maintain team velocity and focus. * Coach team members and stakeholders on **Agile** methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement. * Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed development teams to ensure timely delivery. * Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to maintain transparency. * Implement structured reporting and follow-up practices within the software development lifecycle.
