We partner across the business to deliver reliable, scalable systems and processes that enable growth, improve operational efficiency, and support exceptional customer experiences.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">As a Sr. Salesforce Administrator, you will own the administration, optimization, and scalability of Salesforce and related GTM technologies that support Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions, improve operational efficiency, and drive user adoption.</p> <h3 class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal"><strong>Who You Are:</strong></h3> <ul class="[li_&]:mb-0 [li_&]:mt-1 [li_&]:gap-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience supporting enterprise organizations</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Deep expertise with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation tools</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, and sharing models</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience supporting complex Sales and Revenue Operations business processes</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Hands-on experience supporting GTM technologies such as Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong understanding of Salesforce and Okta integrations, including SSO, provisioning, authentication, and user lifecycle management</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience working within SOX-controlled environments</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience supporting or participating in M&A system integration initiatives</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment</li> </ul> <h3 class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal"><strong>Preferred:</strong></h3> <ul class="[li_&]:mb-0 [li_&]:mt-1 [li_&]:gap-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience in high-growth SaaS, cloud infrastructure, AI, or enterprise technology companies</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, APIs, and Salesforce integrations</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience with Salesforce DevOps and deployment tools such as Gearset, Copado, or similar solutions</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience supporting Lead-to-Revenue, Quote-to-Cash, Customer Success, and Partner business processes</li> </ul> <p class="font-claude-response-body…
