Overview of the Role:
The Enterprise Gaming Partnerships team is part of InMobi's Supply organization and drives strategic growth across our advertising exchange. The team manages direct relationships with the world's leading mobile game developers and app publishers. It helps them get the most from their ad monetization through in-app bidding, mediation integrations, and high-quality global demand.
The role is based in London and is externally-facing. You'll build and grow partnerships with top-tier gaming and app publishers, with a focus on in-app formats such as rewarded video, interstitial, banner, and native. You'll also help publishers grow their user base by connecting them to InMobi's user acquisition (UA) solutions. Internally, you'll be the link between the publisher ecosystem and InMobi's Product, Demand, Marketplace, and Ad Quality teams, keeping everyone aligned so that partners get results.
Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Gaming, you'll own a book of business across EMEA, shape growth strategy for each partner, and represent InMobi at the major gaming and app industry events. You'll play a central part in strengthening InMobi's position as a leading monetization partner for gaming and apps.
The Impact You'll Make:
• Represent and manage a portfolio of high-priority gaming and app publishers. Find growth opportunities, manage risks, and build plans that run across several quarters.
• Take ownership of a defined book of strategic publisher accounts within your first 90 days.
• Build strong relationships with studios. Learn their monetization stack, game economies, ad formats, and retention goals well enough to spot new opportunities and act on them.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets every quarter while giving partners an outstanding experience.
• Grow share of wallet within partners' mediation setups (AppLovin MAX, Google AdMob/Open Bidding, and Unity LevelPlay). Do this through bidding integrations, new placements, format expansion, and better performance.
• Track key health metrics such as fill rate, eCPM, revenue per daily active user (ARPDAU), ad quality, and margin. Diagnose problems and work with internal teams to fix them.
• Find cross-sell opportunities: help publishers grow their player base through InMobi's UA offering, and open brand demand for their inventory.
• Work with Product, Demand, and Marketplace teams to line up supply and demand strategies, including new ad products and direct deals for gaming inventory.
• Run enablement between publisher partners and internal Sales teams, so that buyers understand the value of gaming audiences and partners adopt new features.
• Attend key industry events such as Pocket Gamer Connects, Gamesforum, MAU, GDC and Gamescom, and represent InMobi credibly in the gaming ecosystem.
• Deepen your working technical knowledge of SDK integration, in-app bidding, mediation waterfalls, and how an SSP works.
• Coach peers to raise the team's capabilities and contribute to the wider team's success.
• Build growth plans with Business Development, Marketplace, Product, and Engineering, using publisher feedback to shape goals and the product roadmap.
The Experience We Need:
• A flexible, startup mindset, a strong sense of ownership, and a track record of success in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• A proven ability to build, grow, and sell into customer relationships, ideally with existing accounts at mobile gaming or app companies.
• Success in building account growth plans, influencing decision-makers, and agreeing on shared goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You can draw insight from monetization data, A/B tests, and performance dashboards, and you work well with ambiguity.
• Experience managing multiple priorities with solid process and project management.
• Proactive and action-oriented, and comfortable working across functions and time zones.
• An established network across the EMEA mobile gaming ecosystem, including hubs such as London, Paris, Istanbul, Helsinki, Barcelona, Berlin, and Tel Aviv, and the confidence to meet partners in person at industry events.
• Hands-on knowledge of in-app monetization: mediation platforms, in-app bidding, ad networks, and SSPs. Experience with UA or performance marketing is a plus.
• Readiness to learn new systems and keep up with market trends such as privacy changes and mediation…
