Senior Project Manager – Operational Readiness & Migration

**Responsibilities**

* Lead end-to-end impact and gap assessments across operations, finance, and IT to define target operating models and RACI structures.
* Develop and maintain detailed readiness plans, including milestones, dependencies, and governance for each migration wave.
* Translate migration requirements into executable processes and controls that preserve policy terms and regulatory compliance.
* Manage the operational runbook and coordinate cutover activities, including business continuity and manual workaround plans.
* Oversee training needs analysis and knowledge transfer to ensure organizational competency and adoption.
* Drive post-go-live hypercare, support incident triage, and manage the stabilization phase until final handover.
