**Responsibilities**

* Maintain contact with various team leaders to align planning and report progress to management.
* Manage the full project lifecycle including budget monitoring, quality control, and comprehensive reporting.
* Conduct risk analysis on project plans and proactively propose mitigation strategies or alternatives.
* Communicate technical changes and project updates clearly to diverse stakeholders.
* Coach team members in project follow-up and ensure high-quality documentation.
* Facilitate the integration of traditional project management standards with Agile methodologies across different teams.
