Senior Project Manager – Cloud & HPC Infrastructure

**Responsibilities**

* Define and manage integrated project plans including scope, deliverables, budget, and resource allocation.
* Lead high-impact projects involving cloud services, high-performance computing (HPC) platforms, and secure compute environments.
* Act as the primary coordinator for research stakeholders, architects, security teams, and external partners.
* Manage infrastructure modernization, system integrations, and large-scale migration initiatives.
* Establish agreements regarding service ownership, support responsibilities, and operational models.
* Identify and mitigate delivery risks while ensuring adherence to quality and acceptance criteria.
