Whether we’re supporting a multinational Alzheimer’s trial or developing tools to bring cognitive testing into routine care, our work is meaningful, collaborative, and constantly evolving. </p> <p>At Cogstate, we’re not just imagining the future of brain health - we’re building it.</p></div><p>That’s why we’re seeking a Senior Project Manager accountable for managing multiple Cogstate projects overseeing the delivery of Cogstate Services.  The Senior Project Manager will have experience with the pharmaceutical development process, a special aptitude and interest in scientific and technical information, an ability to motivate and mentor project and portfolio teams, and be a highly driven individual who demonstrates initiative and delivers against tight timelines in an agile environment. The Senior Project Manager will have demonstrated experience managing a full workload of clinical projects and/or internal development projects, and a growing awareness of information technology concepts and terminology and experience with direct and indirect people management.  In addition, the Senior Project Manager will have confidence and composure in handling stressful situations, problem solving and communicating calmly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders, particularly in areas of disagreement.   </p> <p>This role will require extensive communication and interactions across multiple time zones with staff, Sponsors and clinical sites in countries all over the world.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage projects and execute tasks in line with company SOPs and agreed regulatory standards, including the following tasks:  </li> <li>Manage client relationships as main POC for individual studies and some sponsor portfolios.  <ul> <li>Independently lead Cogstate’s complex global clinical trials projects – including implementation of projects with new service offerings in scope, where feedback is necessary to the development and commercialization teams to improve process.  </li> </ul> </li> <li>Manage Clinical Trials projects in Start-Up, Conduct or Close-Out phases (multiple projects at one time).  <ul> <li> Proactively manage risks with confidence, demonstrating strong leadership in guiding team members through challenges and making decisive, well-informed decisions.</li> </ul> </li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="5" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":360,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1"><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-parastyle="Normal (Web)">Attending Investigator Meetings (as needed) and ensuring Cogstate is well represented.</span></span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="5" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":360,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="3" data-aria-level="1"><span data-contrast="auto">Work in an Agile environment with a given Portfolio Team.</span> <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="5" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":360,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="3" data-aria-level="1"><span data-ccp-parastyle="Bullet Points" data-ccp-parastyle-defn="{"ObjectId":"1f9ee664-933b-4e18-8122-ab5cc1acc92a|112","ClassId":1073872969,"Properties":[469775450,"Bullet…
