This role combines strategic program leadership with Agile execution, ensuring successful delivery across multiple cross-functional teams while maintaining alignment with business objectives, security standards, and regulatory requirements.</p> <p data-start="826" data-end="1014">You will partner with senior stakeholders, technology teams, and business leaders to drive planning, governance, execution, and continuous improvement across the Agile Release Train (ART).</p> <h2 data-section-id="1xihhvk" data-start="1016" data-end="1037"><span><strong data-start="1019" data-end="1037">What You'll Do</strong></span></h2> <ul data-start="1039" data-end="1794"> <li data-section-id="16ahai9" data-start="1039" data-end="1193">Lead the end-to-end delivery of a SailPoint IAM program, acting as both Senior Project Manager and Release Train Engineer within a SAFe Agile framework.</li> <li data-section-id="1h53szo" data-start="1194" data-end="1352">Facilitate key SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Syncs, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt events to ensure alignment across teams.</li> <li data-section-id="1pn42a8" data-start="1353" data-end="1514">Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting while ensuring delivery against Program Increment objectives.</li> <li data-section-id="106lksj" data-start="1515" data-end="1636">Remove delivery impediments, coordinate cross-team dependencies, and promote continuous improvement across Agile teams.</li> <li data-section-id="1uob5t9" data-start="1637" data-end="1794">Ensure all solutions meet security, regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements while providing transparent reporting on delivery health and milestones.</li> </ul> <h2 data-section-id="u9wmb5" data-start="1796" data-end="1825"><span><strong data-start="1799" data-end="1825">What We're Looking For</strong></span></h2> <ul data-start="1827" data-end="2456"> <li data-section-id="1xzvl0a" data-start="1827" data-end="1934">Proven experience leading large-scale technology transformation programs within a SAFe Agile environment.</li> <li data-section-id="12ttwia" data-start="1935" data-end="2064">Demonstrated experience serving as both a Senior Project Manager and Release Train Engineer on enterprise delivery initiatives.</li> <li data-section-id="3vtaav" data-start="2065" data-end="2194">Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, stakeholder management, governance, risk management, and executive reporting.</li> <li data-section-id="qxlzja" data-start="2195" data-end="2308">Experience delivering Identity & Access Management (IAM) programs, ideally including SailPoint implementations.</li> <li data-section-id="wgyg4h" data-start="2309" data-end="2456">Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.</li> </ul> <h2 data-section-id="prnxb8" data-start="2458" data-end="2481"><span><strong data-start="2461" data-end="2481">Bonus Points For</strong></span></h2> <ul data-start="2483" data-end="2792"> <li data-section-id="54efgd" data-start="2483" data-end="2533">SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification.</li> <li data-section-id="8t3ddl" data-start="2534" data-end="2585">PMP, Scrum Master, or other Agile certifications.</li> <li data-section-id="46dr07" data-start="2586" data-end="2645">Previous consulting experience within financial services.</li> <li data-section-id="xye2k6" data-start="2646" data-end="2723">Experience delivering complex security or identity transformation programs.</li> <li data-section-id="17bxawn" data-start="2724" data-end="2792">Knowledge of banking regulatory, audit, and compliance frameworks.</li> </ul> <h2 data-section-id="1lla9of" data-start="2794" data-end="2815"><span><strong data-start="2797"…
