Senior Program Manager – Traffic & Incident Management Systems

**Responsibilities**

* Manage the full lifecycle of the IT program, including roadmap definition, budget management, and success criteria.
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of a specific project within the program, maintaining direct responsibility for scope and milestones.
* Establish program governance structures, including steering committees, reporting mechanisms, and escalation processes.
* Monitor dependencies between projects, teams, and external suppliers to proactively address risks and delivery conflicts.
* Coordinate day-to-day activities with project teams to ensure business, functional, and security aspects remain aligned.
* Provide regular status updates to senior management and facilitate timely decision-making for critical program issues.
* Support the transition of project deliverables to operational and support teams.
