About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager, Startup Ecosystem to drive execution across Nebius’ startup-driven initiatives turning ecosystem strategy into high-impact, scalable outcomes.

This role sits at the center of our ecosystem motion, owning end-to-end delivery and coordination of key initiatives across the Startup & Venture organization and broader GTM teams. This role will report directly to the VP of Global Startup Ecosystem.

This is not a traditional project management role — you will operate as a strategic planner and executor, ensuring ecosystem efforts are structured, aligned, and executed with rigor.

What You’ll Do

Lead End-to-End Execution of Strategic Initiatives

• Drive execution of key ecosystem initiatives across the four core pillars within the Startup & Venture organization

• Own timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables from concept → launch → post-mortem

• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with strong attention to detail and quality

• Ensure initiatives are executed in a structured, repeatable, and scalable way
