About the Position:

The Senior Program Manageris responsible forleading the successful delivery of complex,enterprise technology programs by providing end-to-end program leadership across multipleworkstreams, implementation partners, and cross-functional stakeholders. This role drivesgovernance, risk management, budget oversight, executive communication, and overall programsuccess while ensuring initiativesremainaligned with approved scope, timelines, budget, andbusinessobjectives.

WhatYou’llDo:

• Own the overall enterprise technology program plan, integrating workstreams deliveredby internal teams and external implementation partners into a single, cohesive roadmapanddeliveryplan.

• Establish, lead, and continuously improve program governance structures, includingworking teams, program steering committees, and executive steering committees,ensuring effective decision-making, communication, and accountability.

• Own program-level risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID), with a focus oncross-functional and cross-vendor dependencies, contract considerations, delivery risks,and program quality.

• Manage vendor performance against contracted scope, statements of work, deliverycommitments, and quality standards, proactively addressing risks and driving resolutionofperformance issues.

• Own program-level budget oversight, including spend tracking, budget exposure, contractvariances, and visibility into at-risk or unplanned expenditures across vendorengagements.

• Lead, coach, and develop Project Manager(s) responsible for individual workstreams,ensuring workstream plans align with and support overall programobjectives.

• Establish andmaintainprogram governance for implementation, release management,deployment processes, and delivery standards in partnership with technical andengineering teams, holding implementation partners accountable toestablishedgovernance.

• Provide executive-level program reporting by synthesizing workstream progress, risks,dependencies, budget status, and overall program health into clear, actionable updates forexecutive stakeholders.

• Own program-level change management by evaluating the cumulative impact of scope,schedule, and resource changes across workstreams and vendors, providingrecommendations and trade-offstoexecutive leadership.

• Foster strong partnerships across business leaders, technology teams, implementationpartners, and vendors to ensure alignment, accountability, and successful programoutcomes.

WhatYou’llBring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a relatedfield, oran equivalentcombination of education and experience.

• Seven (7) or more years of program or project management experience, including at leastthree (3) years leading complex, multi-vendor technology implementation programs.

• Experience leading enterprise technology implementation programs, preferably involvingmultiple implementation partners.

• Demonstrated experienceestablishingand managing executive governance structures forlarge-scale technology initiatives.

• Strong experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, statements of work, andprogram budgets.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across all levelsof an organization.

• Experience communicating complex program information to executive leadership and providing decision-ready recommendations.

• Experience with enterprise platform implementations, including Salesforce or similarCRM technologies.

• Experience within healthcare, staffing, oranotherregulated industry.

• Experience supporting multi-brand or multi-entity organizations.

• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD governance practices.

• PMP,PgMP, or comparable program management certification.

• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams, including offshore vendors.

• Possess an overall knowledge of business functionsand understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, andjob’simpact to the organization.

• Work with electronic hardware and software applicationsspecific to the role.

• Work independently, see businessneedsandproactivelyaccomplishthem for the betterment of their team and the organization.

• Analytically and logically evaluate information, propositions, andclaims.

• Define, assess, and improve operational processes andworkflow.

• Address key factors that influence successful organizational change.

• Plan and track projects to ensure they are on time, on budget, andachieve theirobjectives.

• Engage effectively in dialogue.
