Join us.</span></p></div><h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Job Summary</strong></span></h1> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">May Mobility is entering an exciting phase of growth and our team is expanding quickly. We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to be the link between all vehicle development Stakeholders including Safety, Vehicle Engineering, Autonomy, Manufacturing, Quality, Business Development and Operations. This role will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Program Management and will be responsible for communicating and coordinating the work to meet target deliverables and timing at each program milestone for one or several Autonomous Vehicle platforms.</span></p> <h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Essential Responsibilities</strong></span></h1> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage program timelines and track status of deliverables from the Product Definition until the OK to Launch phase for one or multiple Autonomous Vehicle platforms</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Identify dependencies across tasks and program teams to ensure continuous alignment</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Track risk and manage mitigation plans</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Communicate with development partners and customers to align program plans to escalate vehicle issues</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop and manage program budgets, tracking expenditures across the full program lifecycle to ensure financial targets are met and variances are proactively addressed</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead cross-functional teams to define, track, and achieve bill of material cost targets in support of growth objectives</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Implement and manage change when necessary to meet desired outputs</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Champion prioritization of safety and quality</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support continuous improvement of the vehicle development and program management process</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop and leverage relationships across functions to ensure clear communication and seamless follow-through</span></li> </ul> <h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Skills and Abilities</strong></span></h1> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><em>Success in this role typically requires the following competencies:</em></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to see the “big picture” while also being willing to do essential daily tasks to complete objectives</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to multitask and prioritize</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn; Ability to translate technical ideas to non-technical audiences</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Valid U.S. driver’s license </span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to undergo a driving record check</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to operate May Mobility…
