You are the <strong>single Directly Responsible Individual (DRI)</strong> for the eProfit growth of your assigned apps. You combine product management, technical execution, experimentation, and commercial thinking into one role.</p> <p>You define product direction, ship features, write code when it is the fastest path to delivery, run experiments, learn from data, and continuously improve business performance. You collaborate closely with Monetization, User Acquisition, ASO, Creative, Analytics, Engineering, and Design—but you do not coordinate through meetings or hierarchy. Instead, you leverage AI-powered intelligence and functional expertise to make faster, better decisions.</p> <p>Success in this role is measured by one outcome: <strong>sustainable eProfit growth</strong>.</p> <h3><strong>What You'll Own: </strong></h3> <h4><strong>Business Performance: </strong></h4> <ul> <li>Own the end-to-end eProfit growth of one or more assigned mobile games.</li> <li>Define quarterly growth objectives and continuously adjust priorities based on business performance.</li> <li>Make informed decisions on scaling, pivoting, or sunsetting products when growth potential changes.</li> <li>Lead successful product transitions when games are onboarded from partner studios or transferred internally.</li> </ul> <strong>Product Strategy:</strong> <ul> <li>Own the product roadmap for each assigned game.</li> <li>Prioritize features based on expected business impact rather than opinion or stakeholder preference.</li> <li>Define success metrics including:</li> <ul> <li>Retention (D1 / D7 / D30)</li> <li>ARPU</li> <li>Session frequency</li> <li>Engagement depth</li> </ul> <li>Drive LiveOps planning where applicable.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Cross-functional Product Leadership:</strong></h3> <p>Provide strategic direction across key growth functions while partnering with domain experts who execute operational work.</p> <p>Including:</p> <ul> <li>Monetization strategy</li> <li>User Acquisition direction</li> <li>ASO priorities</li> <li>Creative testing strategy</li> <li>Competitive intelligence</li> <li>Growth experimentation</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Product Development: </strong></h3> <p>This is a hands-on product role.</p> <p>You are expected to:</p> <ul> <li>Build and ship product functionality yourself whenever it is the fastest path.</li> <li>Contribute production code to the application.</li> <li>Implement analytics events and experimentation infrastructure.</li> <li>Write Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).</li> <li>Design and document experiments.</li> <li>Capture learnings that become reusable organizational knowledge.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experimentation: </strong></p> <p>Continuously improve business performance through rapid experimentation.</p> <p>Expected weekly cadence includes:</p> <ul> <li>shipping meaningful product experiments;</li> <li>releasing product improvements;</li> <li>documenting hypotheses, results, and next actions.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>How You'll Work: </strong></h3> <p>Our Product Owners operate in an AI-native environment.</p> <p>Rather than relying on recurring meetings and manual reporting, you will:</p> <ul> <li>use AI-powered intelligence to understand customer…
