Senior Product Manager

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Nace.AI http://Nace.AI’s AI-Agentic products. You will define product vision, analyze user and market needs, and work closely with engineering, design, and ML teams to deliver scalable, high-impact features. You will manage the full product lifecycle and ensure solutions align with business goals and user expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Define and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user value and business impact.

- Translate customer feedback, market trends, and data insights into actionable product requirements.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, and AI/ML teams to deliver high-quality product releases on time.

- Oversee the full product lifecycle—from discovery and scoping to launch, testing, and iteration.

- Set, monitor, and analyze product KPIs to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.

- Conduct user research and validate assumptions through experiments, prototypes, and feedback loops.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.

- Experience as a Product Manager, ideally in SaaS or AI/ML products.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience with AI/ML products or data platforms.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern PM tools (Linear, Figma, Miro, Notion, etc).
