👐 About the team

You will join the Product Analytics team, currently composed of Louis and Camille, embedded within the wider Data Analytics organization (Eng > Data & AI > Data Analytics). The team's mission is to enable the Product organization through data — from discovery to impact measurement.

You will report to Louis, Product Analytics Manager, and collaborate closely with a product organization of 11 Product Managers, Product Design, and Product Marketing teams. You will own the Core Tribe, which sits at the heart of Alma's product — covering financial flows, risk & scoring, and payment lifecycle. The PMs in this tribe are notably data-savvy, making it a particularly exciting scope to work on.

This position is a CDI based in Paris.

• Work hand in hand with 3 product squads (Core Finance, Risks, Payment Lifecycle) to assess the impact of key initiatives, support discoveries, and provide data-driven recommendations that directly influence product prioritization.
