This hybrid role blends procurement systems administration, business analytics, KPI modeling, and financial reporting. The analyst will serve as a key bridge between Procurement, Finance, IT, and operational stakeholders to ensure systems integrity, process efficiency, and actionable insights that drive business performance.<br>The ideal candidate is equally comfortable configuring procurement platforms, building executive dashboards, analyzing operational and financial data, and translating business requirements into scalable system and reporting solutions.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p> </p> <p><strong><em>Business Analytics & KPI Management</em></strong></p> <ul> <li><em>Build and maintain automated dashboards and performance reporting</em></li> <li><em>Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities</em></li> <li><em>Translate business requirements into reporting specifications and analytical models</em></li> <li><em>Support forecasting, ad-hoc analysis, and executive reporting</em></li> <li><em>Interpret data outputs and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders</em></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><em>Procurement Systems & Process Support</em></strong></p> <ul> <li><em>Provide day-to-day support, configuration, and administration of procurement systems, with a primary focus on Procure-to-Pay platforms and integrated financial systems</em></li> <li><em>Troubleshoot system issues and deliver timely internal customer support</em></li> <li><em>Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and compliance gaps; implement automation and workflow improvements</em></li> <li><em>Assist in RFP/RFQ development and execution</em></li> <li><em>Conduct supplier market research and benchmarking</em></li> <li><em>Evaluate supplier proposals and create comparison models</em></li> <li><em>Support negotiation preparation (cost models, supplier leverage proposals)</em></li> <li><em>Collaborate with IT and Finance to optimize system integrations and data flows</em></li> <li><em>Support spend analytics, sourcing insights, and performance tracking for procurement stakeholders</em></li> <li><em>Develop and maintain user training materials and system documentation</em></li> <li><em>Assist in rolling out system enhancements and change management initiatives</em></li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Data Integrity & Enterprise Reporting</em></strong></p> <ul> <li><em>Monitor data quality, validation, and reporting accuracy across integrated systems</em></li> <li><em>Contribute to enterprise data management efforts, including master data governance</em></li> <li><em>Integrate and transform data from multiple systems for analytics and reporting</em></li> <li><em>Develop controls and documentation to ensure consistency and audit readiness</em></li> <li><em>Assist with month-end reporting, performance validation, and cross-functional data reconciliation</em></li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Cross-Functional Collaboration</em></strong></p> <ul> <li><em>Partner with Procurement, Accounting, Finance, IT, and operational leaders to align systems and reporting with business goals</em></li> <li><em>Support training and adoption of reporting tools and analytics best practices</em></li> <li><em>Help promote a culture of data-driven decision making</em></li> <li><em>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects</em></li> </ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li><em>Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset</em></li> <li><em>Strong attention to detail and data accuracy</em></li> <li><em>Ability to manage multiple projects and…
