**Responsibilities**

* Translate business requirements into optimized processes and appropriate digital project management tools. * Manage complex financial cycles including annual budgeting, spend estimation, and financial reforecasting. * Design and build advanced reporting dashboards to provide management with transparent project insights. * Implement automation and digitalization initiatives for project management interfaces and capacity management systems. * Coordinate recurring governance meetings and ensure consistent application of project methodologies. * Train and support end users through dedicated workshops to ensure high adoption of new tools.
