We build the internal platform that 600+ developers rely on to ship software quickly and safely: centralized Kubernetes, managed CI/CD, project templates, and the developer tooling that runs on top of AWS. <strong>Our customers are developers.</strong> We live "you build it, you run it" and we invest in self-service and a product mindset so a small team can have a big impact.<br><br>A big part of that today is <strong>making developers more productive with AI</strong>, and we're already deep in it. We've driven AI tooling adoption across the company and we're building out the platform behind it: secure managed environments for AI coding tools, AI-assisted CI (automated PR reviews, fixes for failing builds), agentic workflows on AWS (Bedrock, Agent Core), and MCP-based integrations. The AI is the means, not the end. What we care about is a faster, smoother day-to-day for every engineer, and AI is the biggest lever we have.<br><br>We're looking for a senior platform engineer who already works fluently with modern AI tooling and uses it to move fast. You reach for Claude, Codex, and agents to get real work shipped, and you'd rather build something and learn from it than research it forever.
