The Senior People Operations Business Partner is a trusted partner to leaders and employees, helping build an engaged, high-performing organization. This role blends strategic business partnership with strong operational execution, using data, AI-powered tools, and thoughtful people practices to support team effectiveness, leader capability, and company growth.

You'll work closely with leaders across the full employee lifecycle, strengthen manager effectiveness, drive performance and talent conversations, and ensure people programs are practical, scalable, and aligned to business needs. The ideal candidate brings a modern, data-driven, AI-forward approach to HR and thrives in high-growth, evolving environments.

• Partner with leaders to understand business goals and translate them into thoughtful people strategies.

• Coach managers on performance, employee relations, feedback, development, engagement, and organizational change.

• Support key people moments: hiring planning, onboarding, promotions, investigations, exits, and change management.

• Strong understanding of compensation philosophy, pay equity principles, and market benchmarking practices, partnering with managesr on informed, consistent, and equitable pay decisions.
