Who we want
People analytics pros 5-15 years. Former Workday, ADP, Visier, Greenhouse. Healthcare or BH workforce analytics experience preferred. Excel/Tableau/Power BI fluent. Python/R a plus.

• Workforce KPI dashboards

• Turnover and retention modeling

• Predictive headcount planning

• Compensation/pay equity analytics

• Clinical workforce ratio analysis

• Annual benchmark studies for retainers
