We are seeking a highly experienced RCDD-certified professional to manage secure technology control facilities supporting high-visibility missions. This role is ideal for an infrastructure leader with deep experience in secure communications, regulated environments, and technical team leadership.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities Include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain the operational readiness of secure communications and technology control facilities</li> <li>Lead and supervise technical teams supporting mission-critical network and crypto transmission systems</li> <li>Oversee infrastructure including switches, encryption technologies, network operations consoles, and circuits</li> <li>Direct Tier 2 Tech Control / Helpdesk operations, including incident response and service restoration</li> <li>Coordinate troubleshooting, restoration, and reporting to ensure uninterrupted operations</li> <li>Communicate clearly and effectively with senior and executive leadership</li> <li>Apply IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices across incident, change, problem, and configuration management</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Required Education:</strong> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Required Certification(s): </strong> <ul> <li>Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Required Experience: </strong> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience managing and/or operating secure or regulated technology environments</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Required Clearance:</strong> <ul> <li>Active DoD Top Secret clearance; SCI eligible</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Required Skills and Knowledge: </strong> <ul> <li>Demonstrated experience maintaining secure facilities and controlled communications infrastructure</li> <li>Proven ability to lead technical teams in environments similar in size and complexity</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p>Compensation: $130,000+</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>At AGE Solutions, we reward performance, invest in growth, and share success.</strong> Our benefits support the whole person, professionally, financially, and personally.</p> <ul> <li><strong>26 Days Paid Leave:</strong> Includes vacation, sick, personal time, and holidays.
