**Responsibilities**

* Identify and analyze cross-departmental technical challenges across development, operations, and architecture teams.
* Propose and implement organization-wide technical solutions and architectural improvements.
* Foster cross-pollination of knowledge and best practices between different IT teams and business stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain complex business applications as a key member of a dedicated software project team.
* Act as a technical mentor, staying updated on industry trends and transferring expertise to colleagues.
* Drive the technical roadmap for software projects within an Agile environment.
