**Your Job as a Microbial Contamination Control Program Manager**

As a Microbial Contamination Control Program Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing a site-wide contamination control program within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment in Geel. You will bring together multiple departments to strengthen risk management, compliance, and continuous improvement efforts. This position combines technical expertise with project management and stakeholder engagement. You will have the opportunity to build sustainable processes that directly contribute to product quality and operational excellence.

**You can count on us to rely on you for:**

* Developing a microbial risk assessment methodology for the entire site
* Implementing a site-wide Microbial Contamination Control Program
* Facilitating and documenting contamination risk assessments and workshops
* Establishing governance processes linked to risk management and change control
* Developing contamination control strategies and risk mitigation plans
* Supporting investigations, CAPAs, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Collaborating with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Validation teams
