Senior Marketing Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will own end to end marketing for a rapidly growing AI powered platform focused on hospitality. This is a hands on, does what it takes role that emphasizes product marketing and demand generation with direct contribution rather than people management.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Build market positioning and own the marketing site including solutions pages for different customer segments.

- Create video content, use cases and webinars to demonstrate product value.

- Conduct competitive analysis across hospitality and the AI landscape.

- Own the blog, design assets and experiments with newsletters podcasts and influencer partnerships.

- Execute field marketing campaigns such as city activations, events, conferences and relationship dinners.

- Develop founder thought leadership on LinkedIn and other channels.

- Design and optimize paid campaigns with creative direction and messaging.

- Refine signup funnels to scale lead generation into a tightly targeted machine.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 5+ years in B2B SaaS or AI company marketing with hands on experience across inbound and outbound channels.

- Proven track record leading high performing marketing initiatives at fast growing companies that run frequent experiments.

- Experience spanning outbound events field marketing and inbound channels plus SEO content and case studies.

- Strong portfolio showing end to end campaign ownership and measurable results.

- Ability to learn a vertical quickly and work across technical or complex products.

- Hands on leadership spanning product marketing content events and demand generation.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary range: $150,000 to $240,000 annually. Equity: 0.20% to 0.75%.
