With industry-leading safety standards and years of proven deployment data, we're pioneering a new era of automation that enhances human potential.</p></div><h3><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">About The Role</span></strong></h3> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">We are seeking a <strong>Senior Manufacturing Test Engineer</strong> with deep expertise (Seven or more years in test project design and implementation.) in&nbsp; electronics, embedded systems, and production test strategy.&nbsp; In this role, you will lead the development and optimization of robust, scalable test infrastructure to ensure the performance, quality, and reliability of our robotic systems.&nbsp; You will mentor junior engineers, drive best practices across the test organization, and act as a technical liaison between cross-functional teams including Design, Systems, Firmware, and Manufacturing.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the design and manufacturability of cutting-edge robotic systems from early concept through high-volume production.</span></p> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>About The Work</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li>Serve as the technical owner and architect for manufacturing test systems supporting electrical, embedded, and control subsystems across multiple product lines.</li> <li>Define and drive automated production test strategies for embedded hardware, maximizing coverage, repeatability, traceability, and throughput.</li> <li>Partner with Design, Systems, Firmware, and Manufacturing teams to embed Design-for-Test (DFT) and Design-for-Manufacturing (DFM) principles early in product development.</li> <li>Own the full lifecycle of manufacturing test platforms, including requirements definition, hardware and software development, deployment, validation, and long-term sustainment.</li> <li>Lead root cause analysis and failure investigations by analyzing test data, identifying trends, and driving corrective and preventive actions at the system level.</li> <li>Provide technical leadership during New Product Introduction (NPI) by establishing scalable, production-ready test strategies from EVT/DVT through ramp and steady-state production.</li> <li>Define and uphold test documentation standards, ensuring clear, maintainable specifications, procedures, and technical records for test equipment and processes.</li> <li>Mentor and technically guide manufacturing test engineers and technicians, elevating test rigor, design quality, and engineering best practices.</li> <li>Develop and deploy tools for test data collection, visualization, database integration, and automated reporting to support real-time manufacturing and quality decisions.</li> <li>Ensure manufacturing test processes align with internal quality systems and applicable industry standards.</li> </ul> <p><strong style="font-size: 12pt;">About You</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>7+ years of test design experience. </strong>Need to have defined, designed, built, debugged, correlated and implemented multiplex complex mixed signal manufacturing test solutions. Demonstrated ownership of complex electronic, electro-mechanical or embedded system test solutions. </span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated experience leading <strong>end-to-end test system development</strong> in robotics, automotive, aerospace, or consumer electronics manufacturing environments.&nbsp; Need to be able to communicate your leadership, skills, projects and decisions clearly.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong proficiency in <strong>test software development</strong> (Python preferred), including automation, instrumentation control, and data analysis.&nbsp; Our test programs are thousands of lines of OO Python, strong transferable C+ skills are acceptable.</span><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong><br></strong></span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Electrical and electronic circuit design experience,&nbsp; Fluent ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and layouts and quickly analyze their function and how to test/debug those circuits. ECAD tools (Altium preferred) required.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Hands-on experience designing, deploying and supporting manufacturing <strong>test fixtures, harnesses, and production test stations</strong>.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Familiarity with Linux- or RTOS-based systems (e.g., FreeRTOS) and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing methodologies.</span><span style="font-size:…
