About this role

Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest.

About the Finance team

The Finance team ensures Affirm remains financially sound and strategically positioned for growth. Our team manages financial planning, accounting, pricing, vendor management, tax, investor relations, and corporate development. We deliver timely insights, accurate reporting, and careful analysis to support decision-making. From day-to-day financial operations to major investments, we enable sustainable, informed growth by maintaining strong fiscal discipline.

About the team

We are seeking a strategic and analytical finance leader to join the Strategic Finance team and support the growth of Affirm’s Consumer business, which includes the Affirm Card, App and Marketplace, and other consumer-facing features. The role will partner with key stakeholders to directly influence revenue, unit economics, and user growth within the Consumer business—one of Affirm’s highest-priority investment areas—while elevating Strategic Finance’s impact in senior-level decision-making.

Strategic Finance plays a central role in shaping company strategy, enabling executive decision-making, and driving performance against key objectives. This role sits within the Revenue Finance group—a high-impact, lean team with significant cross-functional ownership. As a Senior Manager, you will operate as a thought partner to senior leadership, owning critical workstreams across planning, forecasting, and performance management. You will drive clarity in ambiguous situations, influence key decisions, and help scale the business efficiently and profitably.
