The role will be responsible for the coordination and oversight of cold chain material movements between Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs), warehouses, and distribution partners. The Senior Manager partners closely with Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, Commercial, and external partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations, supply continuity, compliant flow of materials, as well as clinical study and commercial launch readiness. This is a hands-on operational role with strategic elements focused on day-to-day warehouse and courier management, process improvements, development and maintenance of Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), and readiness for product commercialization.</p> <p data-ccp-border-bottom="0px none #000000" data-ccp-padding-bottom="0px" data-ccp-border-between="0px none #000000" data-ccp-padding-between="0px"><span data-contrast="none">This role is based in Waltham, MA and requires on-site presence.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"335557856":16777215,"335572071":0,"335572072":0,"335572073":4278190080,"335572075":0,"335572076":0,"335572077":4278190080,"335572079":0,"335572080":0,"335572081":4278190080,"335572083":0,"335572084":0,"335572085":4278190080,"335572087":0,"335572088":0,"335572089":4278190080,"469789798":"none","469789802":"none","469789806":"none","469789810":"none","469789814":"none"}"> </span></p> <p><strong>Primary Responsibilities Include:</strong></p> <p><em>Logistics Operations</em></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate and oversee domestic and international cold chain shipments between Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMO), warehouses, Third-Party Logistics Providers (3PL) and other supply chain nodes.</li> <li>Serve as the Logistics lead for network re-supply, working closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. Supply Planning, Quality, Manufacturing) and external partners (e.g. couriers, CMOs, customs brokers, warehouses, 3PLs).</li> <li>Ensure timely and compliant execution of shipments, including documentation preparation and review, courier booking, shipment tracking, import/export activities, post-shipment follow-up and closure.</li> <li>Troubleshoot logistics issues and implement corrective actions as needed.</li> <li>Ensure all logistics activities are conducted in compliance with GMP, GDP, and international trade regulations and maintain accurate shipment documentation.</li> </ul> <p><em>Commercial Launch Readiness</em></p> <ul> <li>Support the set up of the 3PL for commercial launches.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish processes and capabilities to support ongoing and future commercial operations.</li> <li>Develop, implement and maintain the necessary SOPs and Work Instructions.</li> </ul> <p><em>Stakeholder & Vendor Management</em></p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders and partners.</li> <li>Monitor courier, warehouse and 3PL performance and drive improvements.</li> <li>Act as logistics liaison in cross-functional and partner meetings to ensure alignment and proactive communication.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education and Skills Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Life Sciences, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification (e.g., APICS, IATA, SCPro) is a plus.</li> <li>Minimum of 6 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or trade compliance within biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or another regulated industry. </li> <li>Strong operational experience managing material movements across CMOs, 3PLs, and warehouses within a global network.</li> <li>Experience supporting clinical and/or commercial…
