If you’re driven to solve meaningful challenges, we’d love to meet you.</p></div><div><strong>What you'll do:</strong></div> <ul> <li>Establish new / cultivate existing relationships across key publisher organizations (i.e. BuzzFeed, Washington Post, Conde Nast, etc.)</li> <li>Build strategic business plans with key publisher partners for overall growth in transparent access, addressability, decisioning and bottom line revenue.</li> <li>Monitor industry trends and be able to communicate to partners The Trade Desk’s position</li> <li>Evangelize and support adoption of identity strategies and addressability, including but not limited to Unified ID 2.0</li> <li>Evangelize and support adoption of clean supply including : adoption of existing and new IAB standards and signals, importance of mechanics of SPO, role and value of OpenPath.</li> <li>Establish and grow programmatic inventory access &amp; value of decisioning with all publisher partners across various points of distribution</li> <li>Lead contract negotiations with publisher partners across initiatives</li> <li>Coordinate with Inventory Management and Technical Account Management for successful cross-team support and growth of partnerships</li> <li>Understand and communicate TTD’s value proposition and technology</li> </ul> <div><strong>Who you are:</strong></div> <ul> <li>Bachelors Degree</li> <li>7+ years of programmatic experience in publisher business development for SSPs, data companies, media companies, or other related organizations</li> <li>Track record of closing deals</li> <li>Established relationships with decision-makers at top digital publishers; deep understanding of the sell side of digital advertising</li> <li>Experience collaborating across Sales, Account Management, Product, Marketing, Legal &amp; Finance teams</li> <li>Self-starter able to seek new partnerships or initiatives, and lead a project from start to finish</li> <li>Experience building and delivering on strategic partnerships goals</li> <li>Bias toward ownership and action</li> <li>Experience leading both short-term and mid-term sales/partnership cycles</li> <li>Ability to rapidly grasp new technology and product changes; comfort with complex concepts</li> <li>Strong quantitative skills and negotiation abilities</li> <li>Proven communication, questioning, and listening skills in formal and informal settings</li> </ul> <p>#LI-JS1</p> <p><em>The Trade Desk does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firm recruiters.
