As a comprehensive solution for all digital asset strategies from start to scale, FalconX operates as the connective tissue empowering clients with seamless navigation through the ever- evolving cryptocurrency landscape.</p></div><h1><strong>Senior Manager, Global KYC and Client Onboarding</strong></h1> <h2><strong>Reports To: Global Chief Compliance Officer</strong></h2> <h2><strong>Job Summary:</strong></h2> <p>The Senior Manager of Global KYC and Client Onboarding is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a global KYC program, as well as managing the onboarding operational processes that adhere to all applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards. This role will report directly into the Global CCO and implement a global framework for all operating legal entities.&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Develop, implement, and update global KYC program and onboarding requirements, including consolidating a global checklist that reflect current legal and regulatory requirements for the Company’s global footprint.</li> <li>Manage the day-to-day client onboarding, as well as counterparty &amp; third party due diligence process.</li> <li>Collaborate and serve as a liaison between Account Management and other relevant front office teams to streamline the KYC onboarding process. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate compliance efforts.</li> <li>Manage and upkeep technologies used for KYC onboarding, name screening, and other workflows.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintaining policies and procedures related to the end-to-end global KYC program and onboarding processes.&nbsp;</li> <li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in compliance management specific to KYC.</li> <li>Assist with completion of the KYC and customer onboarding related internal and regulatory reporting.</li> <li>Manage and mentor L1 and L2 global onboarding team members, providing direction, support, and professional development opportunities.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications:</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Education</strong>: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification is a plus.</li> <li><strong>Experience</strong>: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in compliance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within financial services firms. Experience working at a crypto firm is highly desirable.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Knowledge</strong>: In-depth knowledge of global KYC regulations and best practices, including FinCEN, FATF, MAS, FIAU, etc.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li> <li>Proficiency in compliance software and tools.</li> <li>High ethical standards and integrity.</li> <li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li> <li>Proactive and adaptable to change.</li> </ul> <p><strong>The base pay for this role is expected to be between $191,000 to $242,000 in the New York City&nbsp; Area. </strong>This expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role will also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance linked bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package.
