Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.</p></div><h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2> <p>We're looking for a Lease Admin to own the operational layer of Anthropic's Compute Infrastructure lease portfolio. That means data centers and co-location facilities, GPU and TPU equipment finance leases. This role sits in Infrastructure Compute Procurement and partners closely with the Infrastructure Accounting team on anything that touches the financials. Decision rights on renewals and commercial terms stay with Infra and Workplace. Your job is to make sure the data is clean, the dates are tracked, the bills are right, and the payments go out on time.</p> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Lease abstraction and system data hygiene ingest new leases and amendments into the LMS with clean, complete data; maintain the record of truth across all portfolio categories</li> <li>Critical-date tracking and routing monitor renewal windows, option deadlines, and notice periods; flag and route decisions to the right stakeholders (Infra / Workplace) with enough lead time to act</li> <li>Landlord billing audits review landlord invoices against lease terms, dispute errors, and reconcile CAM charges across the co-location and real estate portfolio</li> <li>Rent payment processing and AP coding ensure rent and lease payments are processed accurately and on time; maintain correct GL coding at the source</li> <li>Landlord billing ops and payment escalations manage payment workflows and escalate commercial disputes to the appropriate Infra or Workplace relationship owner</li> <li>Lease system data stewardship and Workday integration keep the LMS in sync with Workday/ERP</li> <li>Support the accounting team's close cycle with clean subledger data and timely inputs</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Minimum qualifications</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Experience implementing or operating an LMS (CoStar, Workday Lease, or equivalent)</li> <li>A sharp eye for billing errors you've caught CAM discrepancies and wrong invoice amounts and know how to back them up with lease language</li> <li>Enough familiarity with ASC 842 to support an accounting team, flag data problems upstream, and maintain a defensible subledger</li> <li>AP process fluency -&nbsp; you understand how payments, POs, and GL coding work and can partner with a Finance Systems team to fix upstream data</li> <li>Comfort working in a fast-moving, technical environment - our landlords are hyperscalers and hardware vendors, not just office building owners</li> <li>Prior work in a SOX-compliant environment with documented lease controls</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Preferred qualifications</strong></h2> <ul> <li>10+ years of lease administration experience, spanning data center/colo, equipment, or multi-category real estate portfolios</li> <li>Direct experience with data center or colo lease operations&nbsp;</li> <li>Workday Financials / Workday Lease experience</li> <li>AI first; creativity with automation, reporting, and efficiency with AI tools (preferably Claude)&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience in a high-growth tech company where the portfolio grew faster than the process</li> <li>Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure you know what a GPU cluster is and why the lease terms matter</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.&nbsp;</p> <p>For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.</p></div><div class="title">Annual Salary:</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$230,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$300,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><h2><strong>Logistics</strong></h2> <p><strong>Minimum education: </strong>Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience</p> <p><strong>Required field of study:&nbsp;</strong>A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience</p> <p><strong>Minimum years of experience: </strong>Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position</p> <p><strong>Location-based hybrid policy:</strong> Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time.
