About this role

Position: SENIOR JOINERY ESTIMATOR (COMMERCIAL JOINERY)
Salary range: Php 100,000/month (The final amount will be at the the client discretion basing on the candidate’s skills and experience.)
Working Hours: Following AU business hours
Work set-up: 100% Remote work under Independent Contractor Agreement
Holidays: AU Holidays
Recruitment process: possible multiple client interviews and an assessment

Our client is an established Australian business specialising in the design, manufacture, and delivery of high-quality commercial joinery solutions for complex projects. The company operates within a structured environment where accuracy, accountability, and reliable project information are essential to successful delivery. With a strong connection between estimating, procurement, manufacturing, and installation, the business places significant importance on getting project information right from the beginning. They are now seeking an experienced Senior Joinery Estimator who can confidently manage commercial joinery estimates, identify potential scope and pricing risks, and maintain a high level of accuracy throughout the tender process. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior estimator who is comfortable working with ERP-driven processes, understands commercial joinery, and can operate independently with minimal hand-holding.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for commercial joinery projects.

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, schedules, and tender documentation.

• Establish project scope and identify exclusions, assumptions, and potential risks.

• Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor pricing.

• Prepare accurate and commercially sound tender submissions.

• Maintain accurate project and estimating information within Innergy ERP.

• Check quantities, pricing, and data thoroughly before tender submission.

• Communicate with clients and relevant stakeholders regarding tender requirements and clarifications.

• Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and project teams to ensure estimating information is accurate and complete.

• Maintain high-quality estimating documentation.

• Support continuous improvement of estimating processes and workflows.

Requirements
Required Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in commercial joinery estimating.

• Hands-on Innergy ERP experience — required.

• Proven experience with commercial joinery take-offs and cost estimation.

• Experience preparing tender submissions for commercial joinery projects.

• Strong ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.

• Experience working within structured estimating and ERP-driven workflows.

• High level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple estimates/tenders.

Preferred Experience

• Microvellum experience.

• AutoCAD or similar CAD experience.

• Australian commercial joinery experience.

• Previous experience in a joinery manufacturing or production environment.
