**Responsibilities**
* Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of analysts, developers, and project managers.
* Manage the maintenance and evolution of geospatial and asset management platforms across various energy domains.
* Coordinate the daily operational management and service delivery of the IT organization.
* Oversee the integration of GIS systems with workforce management and distribution tools.
* Drive continuous improvement in methodologies and tools supporting operational efficiency and customer experience.
* Supervise a team of at least 8 FTEs to ensure successful project execution and system reliability.
**Offer**
* **Start date:** 01/12/2026.
* **Duration:** 12 months with potential extensions up to 24 months.
* **Work regime:** Full-time.
* **Location:** Brussels.
* **Contract:** open to both permanent employees and freelancers.
