* Provide first-level and second-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues. * Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. * Respond promptly to helpdesk tickets and resolve technical issues effectively. * Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications. * Collaborate with team members to implement IT projects and system upgrades. * Ensure IT security protocols are followed and assist with troubleshooting security-related issues. * Document technical processes and provide user training as required.
