Senior IT Lab Support Engineer – Windows & Linux

**Responsibilities**

* Provide first-line and advanced technical support for laboratory workstations, instruments, and IT infrastructure.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network-related issues to maintain operational uptime.
* Lead technical initiatives and coordinate with global support teams and vendors for system resolutions.
* Support the planning, deployment, and migration of new laboratory IT solutions and infrastructure projects.
* Ensure compliance with corporate cybersecurity policies, including patch management and vulnerability remediation.
* Engage with laboratory users to translate business requirements into effective technical IT solutions.
